Hi, I’m Jasmine Meunekithirath, a REALTOR® with Century 21 New Heritage West and a lifelong Fox Valley local.
My family has been part of the Elgin community since the late 1970s, and I’m a proud first-generation Lao American. I grew up here, built my life here, and own a home in Elgin that’s more than 100 years old, which I’m slowly fixing up. It will probably always be a work in progress, but I love a little sweat equity.
Before real estate, I studied psychology and worked in counseling, teaching, and childcare. Those experiences taught me how to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and stay steady when someone is going through a stressful time. Buying my own home also showed me how much the right agent can shape the experience, and it ultimately helped lead me to real estate.
A lot of clients first come to me saying, “I don’t even know where to begin.” That is exactly where I like to step in. I pay attention to the details, follow up, break big decisions into manageable next steps, and keep my clients informed along the way. If I see a concern, I’ll tell you. If I don’t know an answer, I won’t pretend. I’ll find it. And if something needs to be questioned or a difficult conversation needs to happen, I’ll handle it.
Outside of real estate, I manage a co-ed softball team, ride a motorcycle, work out at a local CrossFit gym, run community 5Ks, and love attending events around the Fox Valley. Home is a lively one, filled with plenty of love, dogs, cats, and birds.
