NEW CLASS STARTING SOON!~ HAMPSHIRE LOCATION!

 

Now is the time to start thinking about your next career.

With the forecasters all predicting 2010 to be the return of a great real estate market, now is the prefect time to start training and learning the business.  Your recent interest in a Century 21 New Heritage career is the first step! Both of our locations are looking for agents to serve our growing communities.

 

We have a short fall class ~only 5 1/2 weeks~ starting soon. This class will meet on Monday and Thursday nights from 6-10pm.  This class will be meeting at our Hampshire location 120 W Oak Knoll Dr (Rt 72) in Hampshire, IL 60140.  The class starts on Sept 21st  and runs through October 19th.

This pre license class is the 45 hour class the state requires you to pass before you can sit for the state real estate license test.

1999 Advertising Study. This survey included 400 telephone interviews with a national random sample of adults who have bought or sold a home within the past two years or plan to purchase or sell a home within the next two years. The survey was conducted from February 11-14, 1999 and June 6-9, 1999 by Millward Brown, a leading research agency. Results from this survey have a 95% confidence interval of +/- 4.9%.
